I’m Liz, a wannabe foodie healing with a
paleo lifestyle.
My real-food journey began in 2014 when I was diagnosed with my second autoimmune disease at age 20. For more than four years (and counting!), I have been using real, whole, nutrient-dense foods to heal my body, eradicate nutrient deficiencies, reverse my autoimmune diseases, and restore health and happiness to my life. I had hardly set foot in a kitchen (except to eat, obviously) before I made this dramatic lifestyle change, but cooking nourishing meals and discovering new foods have quickly become some of my favorite pastimes! When I am not cooking, I also love to be #basic by doing yoga & pilates, going to farmers markets, wearing leggings and flannels, and drinking matcha. Join me as I eat soup, roast veggies, brew kombucha, and visit every Whole Foods within a 100-mile radius.
Oh, and if I can offer you one piece of advice: ALWAYS pack snacks.
